Freshman Admissions

      International students are usually considered for admission twice a year for studies commencing either in the fall term or in the spring term, excluding short-term ones.
      Freshman international applicants should submit the following items:

        1. Application Form

        2. International Student's Contract

        3. The latest diploma or certificate (copy) or the Academic Transcript (copy, for undergraduate applicants only)

        4. Health Report

        5. Passport copy and 8 passport-size photographs
        In addition, there is a￥200 RMB, non-refundable application fee.

      The application, all supporting information, and the required application fee must be postmarked by July 15 for the fall term, and by January 15 for the spring term, each year. Applicants will not be considered for admission until all of these materials are on file. Within one month after receiving the application, the University will send an Admission Notice. Only students who are admitted to the University will be issued “Visa Application for Foreigner Wishing to Study in China ” (Visa Clearance Form JW 202). The “Visa Form” will help them procure the visa (Study Visa) from the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their country.
