School of Business


      The predecessor of business school is Economy and Management Department under Law and Economy School, with two bachelor’s degree programmes for Economy and Human Resources Management and master’s degree programmes of first-level discipline for Applied Economy as well as subordinate second-level disciplines for Regional Economics, Labor Economics and International Trade. Moreover, it offers master’s degree programmes of second-level discipline for Chinese Minority Economics. In 2013, it witnessed another bachelor’s degree programme of International Economy and Trade and the first students will enroll in 2014 with approval from the State Ministry of Education. For adult education, it offers three college and undergraduate majors, namely Economics, Economic Management and Human Resource Management

      Currently, there are 33 full-time teachers and one teaching auxiliary staff, among whom there are 4 professors, 10 associate professors and 10 lecturers; 12 doctors and 13 postgraduates. With fruitful research results in regional economy, employment, social security and Central Asia economics, it is of some influence in and out of Xinjiang. Business school enjoys reasonable discipline structure, abundant qualified teachers, strict attitude of scholarship and high talent training quality, well received by the society.
