The Delegation of “Female Teachers from Pakistani High Schools” Visited XJNU

On November 24, the Delegation of “Female Teachers from Pakistani High Schools” organized by Chinese Embassy in Pakistan visited our university. He Feng, Director of Chinese International Education Office, and Liang Yun, Dean of the school of International Cultural Exchanges, attended this activity.

The Delegation visited Chinese Culture Experience Center of International students and learned about the conditions of international students’ study and accommodation. They also appreciated international students’ talent shows about Chinese culture, such as Chinese Zither, calligraphy, tea art, paper-cut and Chinese painting and calligraphy. After finishing the visit, Liang Yun, Dean of the school of International Cultural Exchanges, introduced the general situations of international students’ education and management to the Delegation. In addition, the Delegation watched the performances of the art troupe of international students and had a talk with international students from Pakistan.

The members of the Delegation of “Female Teachers from Pakistani High Schools” are mostly from the high schools of the Pakistan political and cultural center. This visit is of great significance to promote high school graduates to study in China and enhance the cultural exchanges between China and Pakistani. Later then, they will visit colleges in Chengdu, Shanghai, Beijing and so on.
